购买须知
1.因cos服道特殊性质，非质量问题，不给予退货，因质量问题可进行保修或者换货，因尺码不合可换码。
2.征集参团的定金不退，如果需要转让请自行转让并换地址，定金尾款必须同ID
3.下定参团成功的，尾款出来退款时效过后不补款均为跑单行为，定金不退（定金可自行转让）。
4.定金为参与征集用，还需拍尾款才为商品全款（样衣出来尾款才会出来）。
5.现货商品可按时发货，征集商品需等大货时间，并且出货期按照补款时间陆续安排发货。
6.尾款出来后，补款时间在三个月之内，三个月内补款均有效，之后作跑单处理。

收货须知
1.签收商品时，请尽量于快递派件员面前当面拆开，若有损坏，请拒签。
2.如签收前包装有破损/水渍等，请强制要求先验货再签收。
3.如已签收，签收当天，请仔细检查商品，发现问题立即联系客服解决。
4.请勿签收后无检查丢置不管，需及时发现问题更方便解决问题，商品签收3天后不负责损坏退换。
5.收到货有问题请第一时间联系我们客服，请勿随意中差评。

换货须知
包换范围:&
1：在购买后3天内,未使用过、无瑕疵、包装完好的情况下的服装尺码不合的可包换；&
2：签收当天开包装时发现服装道具严重破损和污垢的的可包换；&
3：因错发码数或商品的可包换；
不包换范围：&
1：在顾客穿过、洗涤过、使用过不包换；&
2：由顾客自己造成污垢/破损的不包换；&
3：因错误的存放方法产生瑕疵不包换；

请注意调换寄出的商品包装完好，看好快递员打包装袋，以免发生不必要的麻烦。
